Kelme is a Spanish sportswear brand founded in 1963, known for football and global sportswear, footwear, accessories, and equipment. Kelme is launching its first boutique in Singapore and seeks a driven Store Manager to lead its retail operations.
Job Summary
As Store Manager, you will lead the Kelme Singapore store’s operations and team, drive sales growth, uphold brand standards, manage inventory, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Lead daily store operations including opening, closing, cashiering, stock counts, and maintaining store presentation to ensure smooth functioning
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Recruit, train, schedule, and manage store staff to build a motivated, high-performing retail team
Apply Kelme visual merchandising and brand guidelines to enhance customer experience and brand consistency
Analyze sales data, monitor stock levels and product performance, report insights, and recommend actionable improvements
Address customer enquiries, feedback, and after-sales issues professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with Singapore workplace safety, health, and employment regulations to maintain a safe and lawful work environment
Collaborate with headquarters on promotions, product launches, and operational improvements to align store activities with company goals
Required competencies and certifications
Eligibility to work in Singapore (legally required to perform the role)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
2–3 years of retail management experience, preferably in sportswear, footwear, or apparel retail
Proven ability to lead a team to meet or exceed sales targets
Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with headquarters and local customers
Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management tools
Flexibility to work retail shifts including weekends and public holidays

Benefits
Salary range: S$3,200 – S$4,500 per month, based on experience
Performance bonus linked to store sales target achievement
CPF contributions for eligible employees
Annual leave starting at 7 days, increasing up to 14 days with service length
Paid sick leave: up to 14 days outpatient and 60 days hospitalisation leave after 6 months’ service, pro-rated for shorter service, in line with the Employment Act
