Responsibilities
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore. We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Consolidate documents required for claim submissions.
Upload, sort, and organise site progress photographs.
Work closely with the respective Claim PICs to prepare the necessary claim documentation.
Liaise with Singapore Power on work and job arrangements.
Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain the necessary approvals before work commencement.
Provide other project coordination and administrative support when required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
6-month contract, suitable for candidates looking to gain practical project coordination experience.
Fresh graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
Training will be provided.

Work Schedule: 5-day work week
Location: Office at No. 3 Sungei Kadut Drive, Singapore 729556 (North Singapore)
