"What we are looking for
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital transformation or enterprise system modernization.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience in leading Agile ceremonies.
- Strong proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SQL for documentation and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of bridging technical and business domains.
- Experience in delivering complex enterprise solutions across public sector or regulated industries.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, or ITIL are highly desirable. "
