Key Responsibilities
Commission and maintain electrical power systems, including static and
rotary UPS, frequency converters, and transfer switches.
Perform system upgrades, modifications, and troubleshooting, while providing technical support to customers and partners.
Manage service activities on-site when required, prepare service reports, and conduct operator training for clients.
Collaborate with technical teams and build strong customer relationships through responsive support
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in
Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering with several years of relevant service experience.
Hands-on experience servicing electronically controlled power systems; UPS system knowledge is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office, operation software, and electrical equipment diagnostics.
Willing to travel across Asia (up to 60%)
and participate in an on-call rotation.
Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to work independently with strong teamwork skills.
