Job Description
Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to act as the primary point of contact for our clients. You will understand their needs, coordinate internal teams, and spot new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relations:
Serve as the main contact for assigned accounts and build lasting trust.
Account Growth:
Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue.
Internal Coordination:
Work with product, sales, and support teams to deliver on client goals.
Issue Resolution:
Solve client complaints and fix problems quickly and professionally.
Renewals and Contracts:
Manage contract renewals and negotiate agreements.
Reporting:
Track account health and present regular progress reports to clients and management. [
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience:
2 to 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
Communication:
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Technical Skills:
Strong working knowledge of MS Office and popular CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot).
Soft Skills:
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.

Cleaning Companies
Changi Airport Terminal 1 and Terminal 3
Stewarding in Hotels
