Oversee housing service requests, manage dormitory allocations, and handle day-to-day resident needs. Audit eligibility for housing monetization programs and process associated subsidy applications.
Vendor & Service Quality Management: Monitor supplier adherence to service standards, evaluate vendor performance metrics, and enforce quality control measures. Implement service enhancements to maintain high employee satisfaction ratings.
Resource Tracking & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records of check-in/check-out logs, housing inventories, and occupancy data across corporate dormitories and leased apartments to support administrative audits and planning.
Financial Administration: Verify, reconcile, and process housing-related invoices and vendor payments on schedule to ensure billing accuracy and operational transparency.
Dynamic Resource Planning: Partner with procurement teams and internal business units to forecast housing demand, acquire residential inventory (dormitories, apartments, hotels), and optimize resource distribution for resident, traveling, and contingent personnel.
