Job Description.

1. Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and updating of the Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

2. Follow up on customer Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and Engineering Change Requests (ECR) related to BOM changes, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely system updates.

3. Manage project information in the Lark project management system, including data organization, maintenance, and access permission control.

4. Maintain project-related data and documents to ensure all departments use the latest version of information.

5. Coordinate with relevant departments to complete system data updates and project document filing.

6. Maintain and update engineering drawings.

7. Prepare container loading plans and related drawings.

Work Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in BOM management or project coordination. Proficient in engineering drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)
