Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Singapore. The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market clients, acting as a primary point of contact to ensure strong relationships and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include understanding client business needs, presenting appropriate Weaver solutions, coordinating product demonstrations, and supporting implementation in partnership with technical teams. The role involves overseeing account health, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, preparing proposals, and collaborating with sales, product, and customer success teams to drive renewal and expansion. The Account Manager will also track account performance, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and provide regular status updates and forecasts to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management and account development skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Experience in solution selling, consulting, or enterprise software account management, ideally within SaaS, office automation, or digital transformation domains.
  • Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, including comfort engaging with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand business processes, interpret data, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office productivity software; familiarity with low-code or workflow platforms is an advantage.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work independently with accountability for outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Professional working proficiency in English; additional Asian or European languages are a plus for regional and global client engagement.
  • Previous experience working in or with APAC markets and multicultural environments is highly beneficial.
