Job Description
Responsibilities
Meet with clients to understand their design vision, requirements, preferences, and budget.
Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and plans based on client requirements.
Plan and optimize interior spaces, considering functionality, furnishings, aesthetics, and practicality.
Research and source suitable materials, furniture, finishes, and products according to the design concept and budget.
Prepare and review design drawings, layouts, and related project documentation.
Ensure design plans comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, and other relevant parties throughout the project.
Monitor on-site implementation to ensure the completed works follow the approved design and specifications.
Identify and resolve design or site issues and make necessary adjustments to plans where required.
Manage project timelines, budgets, materials, and resources effectively.
Keep updated on current interior design trends, materials, and industry practices and incorporate suitable ideas into projects.
Perform other design and project-related duties as assigned.
