Position Title: M&E Coordinator (Building Construction)
Working Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Sat, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Medical Benefits
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate M&E works with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
Review drawings, submissions, and resolve technical issues.
Conduct inspections and monitor M&E progress, testing, and handover.
Ensure compliance with project requirements and Green Mark standards.
Support the Project Manager in M&E coordination and issue resolution.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
2+ years of M&E experience in Singapore construction.
New Build project experience is advantageous.
Knowledge of Green Mark, M&E drawings, inspections, T&C, and submissions.
Able to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
