Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Human Resources Specialist at Insight Genesis – IGAi. The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including supporting recruitment activities, onboarding new team members, and maintaining accurate personnel records. The role involves administering employee benefits, assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The specialist will provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters, contribute to employee engagement initiatives, and work closely with leadership to support a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is expected to align HR practices with the company’s mission and global, remote workforce.

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in generalist or specialist HR roles.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance practices, including the ability to help design, implement, and update HR guidelines.
  • Experience with Employee Benefits administration, including benefits enrollment, communication, and coordination with providers.
  • Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records, supporting performance processes, and assisting in workforce planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, multicultural environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software and comfort working with data and digital tools; experience in tech or AI-driven organizations is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
