Responsibilities
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Singapore team and support the development and growth of our digital products and technology-driven business solutions.
The successful candidate will work closely with business, technology, operations, compliance and other cross-functional teams to define product strategy, translate business requirements into product solutions, and drive products from concept through implementation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Define and manage product roadmap, priorities and delivery plans based on business objectives, customer needs and market developments.
Gather, analyse and translate business and user requirements into clear product requirements and functional specifications.
Work closely with engineering, design, operations, compliance and commercial teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Lead product planning, requirement definition, UAT coordination, product launch and post-launch optimisation.
Monitor product performance, user feedback and key operating metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends, customer needs and potential new product opportunities.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
Support the development of digital payment, financial technology, platform or other technology-enabled products.
Identify product risks and dependencies and work with relevant teams to ensure appropriate controls and solutions are implemented.
Prepare product documentation, presentations, business cases and management updates as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
At least 8 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, digital products or technology-related roles.
Experience working with cross-functional product and technology teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical product solutions.
Good understanding of product development processes and agile working methodologies.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and international working environment.
Proficiency in English is required.
