The Manager of Process Innovation is responsible for overseeing the optimization of warehousing processes and ensuring highest standards of service quality. This role focuses on driving operational efficiency, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and fostering continuous improvement to align with strategic objectives within the logistics sector and clients needs. The position is responsible identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Job Description

1. Assess current production workflows to identify inefficiencies and analyze logistics data to identify areas requiring corrective actions.

2. Develop and implement standardized operational procedures to enhance productivity.

3. Utilize methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma to minimize waste and improve efficiency.

4. Set and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency, quality, and overall performance.

5. 6. Ensure all activities comply with Malaysian regulations and industry standards. Identify opportunities to integrate advanced technologies to improve efficiency and quality assurance.

7. Oversee the implementation of automation tools, data analytics, and quality monitoring systems.

8. Work closely with customers to understand their quality requirements and expectations.

- At least 8 years in Managerial role experience in process and quality management within logistics, 3PL, warehousing, supply chain

- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements and implement quality control measures effectively.

- Solid understanding of logistics workflows, quality management systems, and relevant standards.

- Expertise in process improvement methodologies.

- Computer knowledge and proficiency in both English & Korean written/spoken.
