JOIN OUR PLUSH TOY & SOUVENIR BUSINESS

We are a growing plush toy, souvenir and merchandise company serving leading attractions and retailers in Singapore and Malaysia.

We are looking for an Operations Executive to support and coordinate our day-to-day business operations.

You will work with different teams and learn how products move from order → purchasing → inventory → warehouse → delivery → retail.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Coordinate and follow up on daily operational activities
• Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse and Merchandising teams
• Follow up on customer orders, stock requirements and deliveries
• Monitor inventory and stock movements
• Coordinate between departments to ensure work is completed on time
• Prepare and update operational reports and Excel trackers
• Track tasks, projects and important deadlines
• Follow up on operational issues and help ensure they are resolved
• Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation
• Support customer requirements and special projects
• Assist with exhibitions, product launches and new business activities
• Learn different areas of the business and gradually take on greater responsibilities

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics or related disciplines
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Able to coordinate multiple tasks and follow through
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn
• Good problem-solving skills
• Enjoys working with different people and departments
• No prior experience required — training will be provided
