Job Responsibilities

• Accurately process and enter customer orders into the system.
• Verify order information against prescriptions and supporting documents before submission.
• Manage daily order volumes and prioritise urgent or time-sensitive orders.
• Clarify incomplete or inconsistent information and rectify order entry errors promptly.
• Maintain accurate order records, documentation and operational trackers.
• Receive incoming parcels and verify items against order, delivery or collection records.
• Prepare, check and pack completed orders for collection and delivery.
• Support stock movements, shelving, restocking and organisation of items.
• Maintain an organised and safe receiving and packing area.
• Ensure operational activities comply with established SOPs, quality and safety requirements.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the Operations team.

Requirements

• GCE N/O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, ITE Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in order processing, operations administration, logistics, warehouse or customer operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data and order entry.
• Adaptable, willing to learn and able to work independently.
