About the Role

If you've spent years working within PREFCHEM (Pengerang Integrated Complex), you already understand the complexity, pace, and stakeholder dynamics behind every operational decision.

We're looking for a Technical Sales Engineer (TSE) who can bridge engineering insight with commercial impact, someone who enjoys being on-site, engaging with engineers, and uncovering opportunities where better insulation, smarter materials, and sharper engineering make a measurable difference.

This role is offered at both Junior and Senior levels. Final title and level will be determined based on your experience, technical capability, and track record.

What You'll Do

• Engage directly with plant engineers and stakeholders to identify insulation and energy efficiency opportunities
• Conduct on-site technical assessments and translate findings into commercial proposals
• Lead client discussions and negotiations, from first contact through to close
• Build and maintain relationships across plant operations and project teams
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to shape solutions that fit client needs

Junior TSE

• Any engineering background
• At least 3 years experience in a plant/project environment or technical sales
• Familiarity with PREFCHEM Plant operations preferred

Senior TSE

• At least 7 years experience in technical sales, business development, or plant/project environments
• Proven track record in client engagement and commercial negotiations
• Strong understanding of plant operations and stakeholder dynamics
