Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vessel operators, and key stakeholders.
Conduct client visits, meetings, and presentations to understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for marine and offshore operations.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products, services, and technical solutions.
Support supply chain activities, including procurement coordination, logistics, inventory management, and delivery scheduling.
Assist customers with operational and technical queries, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Prepare technical reports, service updates, quotations, and customer correspondence.
Support business development initiatives by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products and services.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Requirements
Degree in Marine Engineering.
Strong knowledge of marine systems, vessel operations, maintenance planning, and troubleshooting.
Experience in supply chain management, logistics coordination, and procurement processes.
Ability to interact with clients and manage customer relationships effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to travel and conduct client visits when required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and reporting systems.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
