Job Description

Salesman / Sales Executive
Salary: Basic + Commission base

Job Responsibilities
Promote and sell baking ingredients, frozen food and other food-supply products.
Visit existing customers regularly to maintain good business relationships.
Develop new customers, including bakeries, cafés, restaurants, manufacturers and retailers.
Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable products.
Prepare quotations, take orders and follow up until delivery is completed.
Achieve monthly sales, collection and new-customer targets.
Follow up on customer payments and overdue accounts according to company credit terms.
Monitor customers’ purchasing patterns and recommend suitable promotions or new products.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Invoicing, Warehouse and Logistics on stock availability and delivery arrangements.
Handle customer feedback, product complaints, returns and credit-note requests promptly.
Monitor competitors’ products, pricing and market activities.
Submit daily customer-visit reports, weekly sales updates and monthly sales forecasts.
Ensure all selling prices, discounts and credit terms are approved according to company policy.

Requirements
Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent.
Sales experience in baking ingredients, food service, FMCG or wholesale distribution is preferred.
Good communication, negotiation and customer-service skills.
Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Self-motivated, responsible and able to achieve sales targets.
Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
Willing to travel and visit customers within the assigned sales area.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp and ERP systems is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM7,999.99 per month
