Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, responsible, and detail-oriented Clinic Assistant to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth clinic operations and providing excellent support to both medical staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, and daily documentation
• Assist in preparing patients for consultations or medical procedures
• Handle billing, payments, and insurance documentation
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of the clinic environment
• Support doctors and nurses in day-to-day clinic activities
• Answer phone calls, respond to enquiries, and manage front-desk operations
• Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and confidentiality standards

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in healthcare or administration is an advantage
• Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is preferred
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, clinic management systems)
• Friendly, responsible, and well-organized
• Able to work on weekends or public holidays if required

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
