Company Description Oodles Math is a dedicated Math learning provider with 21 centers offering structured programs for learners aged 6–16. Since 2010, the organization has focused on building strong foundations, problem-solving skills, and confidence through the Oodles Math Method. This method equips students with practical strategies to understand, approach, and solve a wide range of Math problems. Coaches are carefully selected, extensively trained, and regularly assessed to maintain high standards of teaching and learning across all centers. Oodles Math is committed to unlocking each child’s potential by nurturing a genuine enjoyment of numbers and developing independent problem-solvers.

  • Role Description The Assistant Center Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, supporting the overall operations and performance of an Oodles Math center.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct administrative and operational tasks at the centre
  • Work towards attaining student sign-up targets and maximise monthly retention 
  • Liaise with customers and respond promptly to queries
  • Resolve any customer grievances in a courteous and professional manner
  • Assist with customer payments and maintain accurate files for auditing
  • Assist with performance reviews and student promotions
  • Update HQ promptly about student enrolment, trial lessons, and student withdrawal
  • Handle petty cash at centre
  • Safeguarding student welfare and safety
  • Ensure the centre is well-maintained with a high standard of cleanliness
  • Ensure all classrooms are well stocked with required materials and stationery
  • Assist with any other ad hoc projects 


Experience and Qualifications:

  • Diploma-level qualification or higher
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience preferably in Education, Retail, Airlines, or any other customer-centric industries
  • Good command of English – both spoken and written
  • Kind and nurturing when interacting with children
  • Professional and courteous when communicating with parents/guardians
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Proficient with MS Office and Excel
  • Willing to work both weekends and three weekdays
  • Experienced candidates will be considered for the Centre Manager position.
