Responsibilities:

• Prepare engineering documentation such as drawings and BOMs
• Design and develop precision fixtures and mechatronic systems using CAD
• Translate requirements into reliable, manufacturable engineering solutions
• Assemble, calibrate, test, and optimise equipment for performance and stability
• Troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvements
• Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely project delivery

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering
• Experience with opto-mechatronic systems, including assembly, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting
• CAD proficiency, preferably Siemens NX; 2–5 years of relevant hands-on experience
• Knowledge of precision mechanics, tolerancing, automation, and system design
• Basic electronics knowledge, including sensors, actuators, and wiring
• Experience in motion/optical system calibration and alignment
