Job Description: Brand Event Crew

Job Summary

The Brand Event Crew supports the successful execution of promotional events, brand activations, and marketing campaigns. Team members represent the brand on-site, engage with attendees, and help deliver memorable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown

• Represent the brand professionally at events and activations

• Engage with customers and provide product or brand information

• Support event coordinators and follow event schedules

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming event space

• Follow health, safety, and brand guidelines

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor

• Ability to work well in a team and independently

• Reliable and punctual

• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in busy environments

• Previous event, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required

Work Conditions
