Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead all mechanical project activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop execution strategies, schedules, procurement plans, and construction methodologies.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Oversee installation and commissioning of mechanical systems
- Ensure mechanical systems meet performance and redundancy requirements.
- Review mechanical designs and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
- Evaluate design modifications and value engineering opportunities.
- Monitor installation quality and compliance with approved drawings.
- Lead mechanical testing, TAB (Testing, Adjusting & Balancing), integrated systems testing, and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate turnover documentation and client acceptance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Drive QA/QC processes for mechanical installations.
- Support implementation of safety programs and site requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 12-15 years of mechanical project delivery experience.
- Experience delivering large-scale cooling infrastructure
- Proven management of mechanical construction packages
- Experience with greenfield and brownfield mission critical projects.
- Demonstrated success leading large mechanical subcontractor and commissioning team
