Requirements
- Diploma /Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in the field of process engineering or a related discipline
- Familiarity with printing technologies and packaging processes will be an added advantage
- Proven experience in process optimization, quality control, and equipment maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily production operations and tasks
- Identify bottlenecks, areas for improvement, implementing solutions to streamline operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to print quality, packaging or production processes
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor the performance of key equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements when necessary
- Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
- Create training manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and visual aids to facilitate the training process
- Identify potential safety hazards, implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the production team
