About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and enthuciastic Purchasing Executive to support our business development and daily activities and strengthen our operations by providing accurate and on time purchases.

You will be responsible for identifying right vendor who can give or supply goods with competitive price and quality products. Able to source goods and produce the items on time with right quantity as ordered by operation staffs.

Key Responsibilities

• Able to use IFCA system accurately and prominently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, business partners and supplier networks.
• Follow up on orders made and ensures receive the orderd item on time.
• Conduct vendors search and identify few potential vendors and do price comparison.
• Work closely with the Operation team and coordinate the purchase and receive the goods on time with accurate brand and quantity.
• Able to receive the ordered items and check its brand, quantity, quality and epiry date before endorsed received.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Hospitality or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing or a related role. Experience working in similar position in a hotel would be an advantage.
• Experience in developing supplier network across regional markets will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive
• Possess own transport.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
