Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will work closely with our CTO to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that automate workflows for clients in sales, customer support, and operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing machine learning models, integrating AI components into production software systems, and collaborating with product and client-facing teams to understand business requirements. The engineer will work on pattern recognition, neural network architectures, and natural language processing (NLP) to drive intelligent automation and improve system accuracy. The role also involves maintaining existing AI models, monitoring performance, and iterating based on user feedback and data insights. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
• Demonstrated experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for building and optimizing machine learning models.
• Hands-on expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including working with text classification, conversational agents, and language model APIs.
• Proficiency in AI/ML programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) and experience with REST APIs and cloud services.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment and communicating clearly with cross-functional and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience building production-grade AI systems or working with SME clients is a plus.
