• Reviewing and analyzing customer credit applications
• Evaluating the creditworthiness of potential customers
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of the billing process
• Generating and sending out invoices to customers
• Communicating with customers on overdue payments and payment terms
• Responding to customer inquiries related to credit issues
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts
• Entering financial transactions into the accounting system
• Reviewing and monitoring sales orders on hold, and coordinating with relevant departments/customers to resolve and release orders in a timely manner
• Performing other tasks related to credit control/accounts receivable as assigned by the immediate superior
• Coordinating to resolve sales orders on hold

Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office applications.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Putra Perdana, Puchong.
• Applicants must possess their own transportation.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
