Key Responsibilities
1. IT Support & System Maintenance
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, operating systems, printers, and other IT-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computers, IT equipment, and software applications.
- Provide timely technical assistance to employees and ensure smooth daily IT operations.
2. ERP / MES & Manufacturing Systems
- Maintain, support, and troubleshoot ERP and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) applications.
- Support the integration and operation of IT systems with manufacturing and production processes.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and system vendors to resolve ERP/MES issues and improve system efficiency.
- Assist in system implementation, configuration, testing, upgrades, and user training.
- Support factory production systems and manufacturing automation-related IT requirements.
3. Server & Network Administration
- Manage and maintain company servers, local area networks (LAN), wireless networks, and internet connectivity.
- Monitor system performance, network availability, and IT infrastructure stability.
- Perform regular data backups, system updates, and recovery procedures.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations.
4. Cybersecurity & IT Compliance
- Implement and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and access controls.
- Monitor potential security threats and assist in resolving cybersecurity incidents.
- Ensure regular software updates, antivirus protection, data backup, and system security.
- Support data protection, information security, and IT compliance requirements.
5. IT Asset & Vendor Management
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and equipment records.
- Manage IT equipment procurement, deployment, maintenance, and replacement.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for technical support and system maintenance.
- Maintain IT documentation, service records, and technical support reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant working experience in IT support, system administration, IT infrastructure, or a similar role.
- Practical knowledge of ERP/MES systems and manufacturing or factory IT environments.
- Good understanding of server administration, networking, Windows operating systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, data backup, access control, and information security practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support users across different departments.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
