We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to join our team as a Project Management . The successful candidate will assist in coordinating and monitoring projects from planning to completion, ensuring that project activities are carried out smoothly and according to the required timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating and monitoring project activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers and relevant parties.
• Monitor project progress, timeline and deliverables.
• Assist in preparing project reports, documentation, meeting minutes and progress updates.
• Attend project/site meetings and follow up on action items.
• Assist in reviewing quotations, project requirements and related documents.
• Monitor site progress and identify issues that may affect project timelines.
• Follow up with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of works.
• Assist the Project Manager in resolving project-related matters.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
