Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Shopee and other company platforms.
• Introduce and promote company products during live sessions.
• Explain product features, prices, promotions and offers clearly to customers.
• Maintain an energetic, friendly and engaging presentation throughout the live session.
• Encourage viewers to purchase products and achieve the sales target set by the company.
• Respond to customer questions, comments and enquiries during live sessions.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
• Create urgency through promotions, discounts, bundles and limited-time offers where applicable.
• Understand product specifications, pricing, promotions and selling points before each live session.
• Ensure all information provided to customers is accurate.
• Keep updated on new products, campaigns and promotional activities.
• Assist in preparing scripts, talking points and product presentation ideas for live sessions.
• Suggest creative ideas to improve viewer engagement and sales performance.
• Assist in creating short-form promotional content when required.
• Prepare products, samples, props and other materials required before going live.
• Ensure the live-streaming area is clean, organised and presentable.
• Coordinate with the sales, warehouse and marketing teams to ensure products promoted during live sessions are available.
• Achieve individual live-streaming sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor live session performance, including viewers, engagement, orders and sales.
• Review previous live sessions and identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate with customers professionally and politely.
• Handle customer complaints or difficult situations appropriately.
• Ensure customers receive correct information regarding orders, promotions and products.
• Represent the company professionally during all live sessions and promotional activities.
• Maintain appropriate appearance, behaviour and communication at all times.
• Follow company policies, brand guidelines and instructions from management.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce and Warehouse teams.
• Coordinate stock availability and promotional campaigns before going live.
• Assist the team with other sales and marketing activities when required.
• Participate in company events, campaigns and promotional activities.
• Perform other duties related to sales, marketing and live-streaming as assigned by management.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
