Job Scope / Responsibilities
- Conduct land and site surveys for construction projects.
- Perform setting out, levelling and alignment for site works based on approved drawings.
- Operate surveying equipment such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level and related instruments.
- Measure distances, angles, elevations and site boundaries accurately.
- Prepare survey data, reports, sketches and as-built drawings.
- Verify site coordinates and levels before and during construction activities.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors and site supervisors regarding survey matters.
- Monitor and record construction progress related to survey works.
- Ensure survey activities comply with project specifications, standards and safety requirements.
- Maintain proper handling and calibration of surveying instruments.
- Resolve technical issues related to surveying and site measurements.
- Develop detailed drawings based on engineering designs, blueprints and specifications.
- Use CAD software to produce technical drawings and plans.
- Modify existing drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
- Prepare layouts and detail drawings for various projects, including buildings, machinery and infrastructure.
- Follow industry standards and company procedures.
- Stay updated on developments in CAD technology and drafting techniques
Qualifications & Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatic Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proficient in using survey instrument such as Total Station, Auto Level, GPS or similar equipment.
- Able to read and interpret engineering construction drawings and site plans.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Land surveying: 2 years (Preferred)
