Job Description
Responsibilities
Providing front-line service to patients and visitors pro-actively.
Perform reception duties such as registration of patients, answering phone and email queries, scheduling of appointments and surgeries.
Perform billing and cashier.
Chaperone doctors and assist them in the room when doctors are performing physical examination on the patients.
Check clinic stock inventory.
Assisting doctors in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients
Assisting Doctors in the collection of samples and maintaining records of patients' medical histories and symptoms
Educating patients on how to properly manage their condition at home
Monitoring vital signs and administering medication
Assisting doctors with minor procedures
Preparing patients for surgery and admission
Job Requirements
Minimum NITEC or Diploma Holders
Valid phlebotomy certificate (If any)
Min 2 years of experience in Nursing
Registered with Singapore Nursing Board (Valid SNB)
Able to work in a team with doctors, managers, finance department and other employees of the company
Able to be rotated amongst the clinics owned by the company
Relevant work experience in healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
Good interpersonal skills with a graceful personality.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong Microsoft Office and Internet Skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritise
