Spindex Industries Limited Hiring! Full Time Plating Engineer in Johor, Earn up to MYR 5,500 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• To achieve KPI goals such as productivity value, quality yield, etc.
• Manage related customer visit, audit, etc.
• Manage machines spare parts and maintenances.
• Manage documentations such as work instructions, checksheets, etc.
• Drive initiatives to improve surface quality, reduce rejection rates, and optimize chemical usage and operating costs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot quality performance and issues
• Monitor 6S and other cost saving projects.
• Develop new plating / washing product and processes

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Chemical Engineering or its equivalent
• Prefer 1-2 years work experience in surface finishing & treatment, electroplating or industrial washing.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Responsible and reliable
• 5 days work (Monday to Friday: 8.15am - 5.30pm)
