Job Description

·      Plan and monitor daily job route and generate reports

·      Coordinate operations and collaborate with other internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow

·      Be hands-on and able to manage and perform store duties, example rolling and scanning of posters

·      Supervision of technicians and warehouse crew

·      Perform on-site visits to stations and depots

·      Actively respond to clients’ queries and provide timely assistance

·      Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisors/Management

Prerequisite

·     O/A/Diploma Holder

·     Team player with initiative

·     Good communication and problem-solving skills (selected candidate may be subjected to a written communication assessment)

·     Bilingual and beproficient in Mandarin, as the role requires regular communication andcoordination with mandarin-speaking staff

·     With or withoutexperience

·     Independent worker

·     Ability to workovertime is a MUST (Overtime work will be compensated)

·     Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

WorkingHours

·      Mondays to Fridays (9 am to 6 pm)

·      Alternate Saturdays (9 am to 1 pm)
