Location: 5-10 mins walk from City Hall / Bugis / Bras Basah MRT station

Working Hours: 2-3 days a week, flexible timing within office hours (10am to 5pm)

Job Description

• Provide administrative support in events and logistics operations, including data entry and record management
• Retrieve, filter and organise tournament data using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Attend to general enquiries via email and provide user and shop support
• Assist with warehouse and office operations, including loading, unloading, picking, packing and shipping product orders
• Support full-time employees in conducting stock counts and recording inventory quantities 
• Assist with preparation of event materials
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Good communication skills in English, both written and oral 
• Possesses some knowledge in games (cards or otherwise) or anime
• Meticulous, organised and attentive to detail
• Positive and cheerful attitude
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with Google Sheets experience preferred
• Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events, if required
