Responsibilities
Job Description
Plan, schedule, and coordinate activities to ensure timely progress and optimize productivity.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and feedback.
Act as a liaison between clients, supplier and other third parties.
Ensure a positive client experience by addressing concerns and providing personalized service.
Documentation and Reporting.
Prepare and submit progress updates, reports, and documentation to relevant parties.
Monitor the availability and allocation of manpower and materials etc.
Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations and company policies.
Undertake any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Possess a critical-thinking ability
Effective time management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients or any third parties
Problem-solving ability with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Well-organized with the ability to manage tasks independently or collaborate within a team

Passion for delivering exceptional client service
Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Willing to attend calls or travel island-wide when necessary with own transport arrangement
Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends or holidays
Able to attend emergency call due to works needs beyond offive hours
