We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Lead – GCP to lead cloud architecture, infrastructure delivery, automation, security and operations for large-scale enterprise environments. The role will work closely with technical teams, senior stakeholders and clients to drive cloud transformation, service excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation and optimisation of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure and architecture solutions.
• Drive cloud deployment, automation, security and operational excellence across complex enterprise environments.
• Lead collaboration with application teams, project leadership, delivery teams, senior management and clients.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery, including operations, maintenance, incidents, escalations and service improvements.
• Establish priorities and ensure alignment with service and contractual commitments.
• Monitor and report on service delivery KPIs, project progress, risks, incidents and escalations.
• Engage senior stakeholders, including Director-level representatives, on technical and service-related matters.
• Identify and implement new processes and improvements to enhance service quality.
• Lead and mentor infrastructure/application teams to ensure successful delivery of key objectives.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and improvement in collaboration with Account Management teams.
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Professional-level Google Cloud certification, such as Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, Professional Cloud Developer or equivalent.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Strong experience with Google Cloud KCC/Config Connector, Cloud Build and CI/CD technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Deployment Manager, Terraform and/or Pulumi.
• 5+ years of hands-on Python and Shell scripting experience.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, automation, deployment and security.
• At least 8 years of experience managing large-scale enterprise projects, preferably projects valued at USD 5M+ and within an SI environment.
• Experience across software development and maintenance lifecycles, including operations and support.
• Exposure to AWS and/or Azure is an advantage.
• Experience with AI technologies, Agentic AI, AI solutioning or LLM optimisation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is an advantage.
• Exposure to Singapore Government / GovTech standards is an advantage.
• PMP, Scrum Master or other relevant project/technical certifications are advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior and Director-level stakeholders.
