Job Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and maintain detailed BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or ArchiCAD in alignment with architectural, structural, and MEP design requirements.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure model accuracy, clash detection resolution, and timely delivery of BIM deliverables.

• Support design development and construction documentation by generating 2D drawings, schedules, annotations, and quantity take-offs directly from the BIM model.

• Participate in BIM execution planning, model federation, and data exchange processes in compliance with local and project-specific BIM standards and protocols.

• Assist in integrating modular construction principles into BIM workflows, particularly for prefabricated and off-site built housing solutions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in BIM authoring tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and basic understanding of IFC, COBie, and OpenBIM concepts.

• Ability to communicate effectively in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin for cross-functional collaboration and client coordination.

• No formal academic degree required; candidates with vocational training, self-taught expertise, or portfolio-based experience in BIM modeling are welcome.

• Familiarity with Hong Kong building regulations, construction practices, and modular housing systems is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Eligible to work in Hong Kong under one of the following: Hong Kong permanent resident status, Top Talent Pass Scheme, Quality Migrant Admission Scheme, IANG, Dependent Visa, or other valid employment authorization.
