Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Hong Kong. The role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing sales pipeline, creating business development strategies, negotiating contracts, and coordination to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong business network across the Fortune 500 listed companies (Marketing, Corporate Communications, PR)
• Proven ability to spearhead new business opportunities, particularly in video production, brand design, and event management
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a media agency or a related creative industry
• Demonstrated skills in business development, client relationship management, and strategic partnership building
• Solid background in market research, competitive analysis, and business strategy formulation
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and proposal writing abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Pay: $16,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month
