Job Responsibilities
Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related matters.
Manage employee insurance purchases and renewals.
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) on employment-related matters.
Administer CPF submissions and compliance.
Prepare and coordinate employee income tax filing (IR8A and related submissions).
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
Assist with other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior HR experience preferred.
Familiar with MOM regulations, CPF, payroll processing, and tax filing requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
