Job Responsibility

• Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings.
• Carry out construction work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• Coordinate with Structural, Architectural and M&E staff to resolve arising problems and issue.
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of work.
• Perform QA/QC role on areas assigned and ensure safety regulations are complied on site.

Job Requirements

• Minimum diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in public or private residential, government and commercial building projects, with at least completed one project as track record.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good team player and handle stress and deadlines.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented person

Candidates with more experience may be considered for more senior positions.
