HIRING – CUSTOMER HOTLINE EXECUTIVE

Location: Medini 9, Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Salary: Up to RM3,000
Working Hours: Rotational Shift
Working Days: 6 Days per Week
Includes: Weekends & Public Holidays

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle incoming calls from customers via the customer hotline.
• Assist customers with e-hailing-related enquiries, requests and issues.
• Provide accurate information and suitable solutions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Check and update customer or service details in the system.
• Follow up on customer cases when required.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and meet assigned KPIs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Comfortable handling inbound customer calls.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work rotational shifts.
• Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
