Kobay Technology Berhad Hiring! Full Time Quality Management System Engineer in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 5,500 - Ricebowl

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Carried out the daily operational routines related to Quality System
• To maintain related daily reports & documentation control
• Distribution of all approved documents as stated in Document and Data Control Procedure
• Update QMS related matter, Rohs & Reach survey and any other compliances assessments from customer
• To ensure and maintain proper quality system documents
• Engage in supplier audit and appropriate follow-up with suppliers to ensure a predictable product supply from outside sources.
• Coordinate internal process & product audit and Gemba walk
• Ensure all the internal and external documents in order and maintained
• Co-ordinates with internal team member to carry out 5S, Safety & Health and other activities organized by the company. Responsible to amend, updates Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and distribution
• Ensure the proper quality system record control to conduct Internal Audit
• Assist QMS manager to ensure company quality system is in order and maintained.
• To co-ordinate any training regarding ISO standard
• Periodically to review internal SOP to ensure compliance to ISO standard
• Any other duties as assigned by the HOD or Management from time to time as deemed necessary.

Minimum Requirements (Education & Work Experience)

• Bachelor's degree preferred, in Business, Management or related field, or equivalent work experience of Quality Management System. If no degree, a minimum of 5 years relatable experience is required.
• Minimum 5 years of related QMR/QMS
• Core competencies required: A Good QA by Himself, Effective Communication, "Customer-Focus' Vision Developing and Motivating People, Team Building, Bringing out Creativity in Others , Enabling Changes, Good Decision Making and Infuses Pride in Organizational Vision, Mission and Values.
• Proven track record of turning strategies, objectives and planning into successful " execution and "do what it takes" to get the job done.
• Team player with experience in managing and working with internal and cross-functional team members to inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner
• Hands - on approach to all tasks and involve completely in the day-to-day business operations with capability of rolling-up sleeves and getting hands dirty/deliver.
• Must have internal and external client focused attitude with desire for achieving excellence in customer satisfaction, process and product quality and reliability.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, attention to detail, thoroughness, dealing with complexity.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
