Discovering the role

This role prepares accurate BIM Revit and AutoCAD drawings, coordinates with project teams and clients, updates designs throughout the project lifecycle, and ensures timely, high-quality project delivery in accordance with company and client standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate BIM Revit and AutoCAD drawings and system designs in accordance with project specifications and timelines.
• Update and revise drawings throughout the project lifecycle to reflect design changes and site requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure design accuracy and smooth project execution.
• Support site coordination activities, including site inspections and design clarifications when required.
• Maintain high standards of drawing quality, documentation, and compliance with company standards and project requirements.
• Build positive working relationships with clients by delivering responsive, professional, and high-quality design support.
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge through internal training and self-learning on BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, and industry technologies.
• Respond promptly to design-related requests to support project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM drafting, MEP drafting, or system design (security, ELV, ICT, or building services experience is an advantage).
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD is a must.
• Good understanding of technical drawings, layouts, and construction documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
