Overview
This role is for a Wealth Manager responsible for delivering sound insurance and financial advice by assessing clients’ needs and providing holistic advisory services. The position involves building long-term client relationships while developing tailored financial strategies.
You will be part of a mentorship programme and utilise fintech solutions, including artificial intelligence, to support client engagement and solution delivery. High-performing individuals with leadership potential may be fast-tracked into management roles.
This role combines client acquisition, financial advisory, and relationship management, supported by technology-driven tools and a structured development pathway.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire clients through various prospecting strategies
Participate in business development activities related to Financial Planning
Review and assess prospective and existing client portfolios
Recommend suitable investment and insurance solutions based on client needs
Manage client relationships and support long-term retention
Requirements
Meet minimum age requirement as per MAS guidelines
A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
