Desktop Support EUC L1

Location: Singapore | Region: APAC | Priority: P1

Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Support EUC L1 Engineer to provide hands-on deskside and end-user support for desktop/laptop hardware, software, connectivity, and workplace technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 deskside and desktop support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Handle IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break-fix activities.
• Install, configure, patch, image, and maintain desktop/laptop devices.
• Support Windows, MS Office, Outlook, VPN, mobile devices, and EUC tools.
• Monitor antivirus and endpoint security compliance.
• Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Provide VIP and smart-hands/feet support when required.
• Follow ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management.

Requirements

• Experience in Desktop/EUC/Deskside Support.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with IMAC and break-fix support.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
• Good understanding of Windows, MS Office, Outlook, and remote-support tools.
• Knowledge of Active Directory is an advantage.
• Mac, tablet, VPN, and mobile device support experience is a plus.
• Good English communication skills.
• Diploma/Associate Degree in IT or a related technical field; Bachelor's preferred.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
