Service Report & Invoice Workflow
1. Collation & Customer Communication
Collate service report to match invoice.
Email customer once completed.
2. Payment & Finance Updates
Chase payment updates.
Deposit cheques into
share folder
.
Reply to customer emails.
Print
Statement of Account (SOA)
.
Upload invoice to
UEMS portal
.
Update
Purchase Order (PO)
if any and save to share folder.
3. Group Finance Submission
Collate purchase invoice with PO and Delivery Order (DO).
Prepare complete set and email to
Group Finance
.
Pass payment‑due items to
Finance (AP)
for processing.
