Schmaco Auto Parts Industries Hiring! Full Time Raw Material Store Supervisor in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Study production orders and issue requisition orders for insufficient materials to the Purchasing Department
• Schedule, monitor, and ensure timely delivery of raw materials to the Production Department
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials for quantity, quality, and compliance with company standards
• Process, document, and report any damages, discrepancies, or rejected materials
• Perform regular inventory reconciliation to ensure physical stock matches system records
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Production teams on material requirements for internal and external sub-contract processes
• Ensure Bill of Materials (BOM) in the system is updated and accurate
• Organize and maintain proper storage, labelling, and housekeeping of all goods and rejection areas
• Monitor and arrange rework or sorting activities when required
• Track and follow up on all outstanding requisition orders and purchase returns to suppliers
• Record all stock movements accurately in stock cards and system
• Plan, organize, and perform annual physical inventory count and reconciliation
• Measure and report the effectiveness of store operations and initiate continuous improvement activities
• Provide training to staff to ensure competency, awareness, and compliance with quality and safety standards
• Enforce discipline, resolve grievances, and maintain a positive work environment
• Implement and uphold 5S practices and maintain cleanliness of storage areas
• Ensure compliance with company rules, safety standards, and 5S housekeeping practices
• Comply with all company rules and regulations as outlined in the appointment letter and employee handbook
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by superior from time to time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
