Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall execution of MEP projects from commencement to completion.
• Plan project schedules, manpower allocation, procurement, and site activities.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Resolve technical and site coordination issues across all MEP disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, SCDF, project specifications, and safety regulations.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management and clients.
• Manage project documentation, variation orders, claims, and project reporting.
• Lead and mentor site engineers and project teams.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of Singapore MEP project management experience.
• Experience with MEP subcontractors is required.
• Strong experience in new building and A&A projects.
• Good knowledge of MEP systems, construction methods, and local regulations.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management documentation.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
