Responsibilities
Process Manager (Special Process Manufacturing)
We are partnering with a leading global engineering and manufacturing organisation to look for an experienced Process Manager to lead special process and manufacturing engineering activities within its operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead special processes including machining, NDT, plating, coating and related manufacturing activities.
Drive Lean / Kaizen / continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide technical leadership for process development, troubleshooting and capability enhancement.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory and customer requirements.
Lead and develop engineering / production teams.
Support equipment, facilities and process improvement projects.
Requirements
Graduated with Bachelor Degree in related Engineering field.
10+ years' experience in special process manufacturing, with strong people management and leadership experience.
Experience in MRO or advanced manufacturing preferred.
Exposure to NDT, machining, electroplating, materials or process engineering.
Comfortable working fully onsite in Singapore.
